Loan officers, this actually happened to one of our LO’s today. 😅

Their borrowers were out of state, the file needed to close, and they needed a notary ASAP.

Thankfully, they gave us a call and we were able to take care of it.

Notaries, please do this before accepting a signing request!

It’s okay to turn down a signing if you can’t meet all the requirements.

Declining an assignment won’t stop us from considering you for future signings.

What matters is being upfront about your availability and making sure you can follow through on what you commit to.

It’s better to say no upfront than to say yes and leave your client scrambling later.

Remember, reliability is what gets you repeat business! 🤝🏼
