Behind every great team is someone keeping everything running smoothly—and at Neighborly Senior Placement, that's Rona Graubart, our Operations and Marketing Manager.

With a background spanning resident development, resident services, and mental health advocacy, Rona brings both heart and strategy to everything she does. Her passion for helping people and building meaningful connections helps drive Neighborly's mission of supporting seniors, families, and professional partners throughout the Bay Area.

Beyond her role at Neighborly, Rona serves as the Board Secretary for the NPRA San Francisco/Bay Area Chapter, where she continues to strengthen relationships and create opportunities within the senior services community.

Her commitment to older adults extends far beyond placement services, with leadership roles throughout the aging services community.

As Board President of Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly SF, a member of the Marin Commission on Aging Leadership Committee, and an NPRA Board Member, Johnell is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors both professionally and personally.

With more than 15 years of experience in senior living and healthcare, KayeVon brings a unique blend of industry expertise, compassion, and advocacy to every family she serves. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and an RCFE-certified professional, serves as Board Vice President of the National Placement and Referral Alliance (NPRA) SF Bay Area Chapter, and is a proud local partner of Sensational Seniors. With hands-on experience as an EMT in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and senior care settings, Tanvi understands the challenges families face when navigating care decisions. Her unique healthcare background allows her to guide seniors and their loved ones with empathy, knowledge, and confidence during important life transitions.

A Bay Area native, community leader, and passionate advocate for seniors, Anita serves as Board President of the NPRA SF Bay Area Chapter and Event Chair for the San Mateo Senior Round Table. Her commitment to education, collaboration, and family-centered support continues to make a lasting impact throughout California.
