THREE WOMEN. ONE DAMAGED MOTOR HOME. A REALITY MOST PEOPLE WILL NEVER SEE.
This video isn’t from another country or some distant place. This is happening right here in our communities.
Three women are living together inside this severely rundown motorhome, trying to survive under conditions no human being should have to accept as normal.
But I didn’t come here to expose them.
I came here to help them.
This is what my community work has always been about—going beyond speeches, social media posts, and promises and actually showing up where people need someone.
Through Vibrant Green for Vibrant Peace (VG4VP), I’ve spent years working directly in underserved communities—helping people experiencing homelessness, mentoring youth and justice-impacted adults, assisting seniors and struggling families, bringing food and essential supplies into neighborhoods, responding when disaster strikes, and connecting people with resources that can help them rebuild their lives.
Now, these three women need that same kind of support.
We’re working to help connect them with safer housing, essential necessities, community resources, and people or organizations capable of helping them move toward something better.
I’m sharing their circumstances for one reason:
Someone watching this may have the resource, connection, opportunity, or helping hand that changes their lives.
Don’t judge them by where they’re living today.
Don’t reduce them to the condition of this home.
See three human beings who still matter.
This is why I keep showing up.
Because helping our communities isn’t about being seen doing the work.
It’s about seeing the people everyone else has STOPPED SEEING.
