Our newest female academy graduates from Class 243 had the opportunity to spend time with some of the outstanding women currently serving within our department, including Deputy Chief Krusbe, Captain Addy, Lt. Klaus, and Detective Rosa.
These leaders have dedicated their careers to serving others, breaking barriers, and paving the way for future generations of women in law enforcement.
Congratulations to these graduates and to the women who continue to inspire the next generation of law enforcement professionals.

A milestone for public safety.

Yesterday, county and public safety leaders gathered for the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Valley Communications Center.

This facility will serve as the central hub for emergency management and public safety communications, housing the San Bernardino County Office of Emergency Services' Emergency Operations Center, Sheriff's Department dispatch operations, and the Consolidated Fire Agencies (CONFIRE) regional fire dispatch center.

Together, these operations will create a stronger, more connected public safety network, helping ensure resources and information are shared quickly during critical incidents and emergencies.
