Veterans Service Technician Yvonne Wooten (second from the left) was recently recognized as the department’s 2026 Public Service Recognition awardee. An 18-year employee with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Yvonne goes above and beyond to provide department customers with superior service. Due to her commitment to excellence, Yvonne was nominated by her peers for this prestigious recognition. Her recognition also reflects the collective dedication of our Veterans Affairs staff, who consistently demonstrate a high level of service to those who have served.
