Jane Doe 148-22 was found supine on the sidewalk on the southwest corner of the intersection at West 9th Street and North G Street in San Bernardino. Jane Doe was an elderly Hispanic or Central American female estimated between her late 60s to late 70s. The body was clothed in a red and black plaid jacket, black zipped hoodie, white and black t-shirt, and black pants.

On Sunday, 09/11/2022, a homeless man found an unresponsive unidentified male on Grove Ave., near State Route 60 in front of a Burger King in Ontario. Emergency medical services responded to the scene and transported the unidentified adult male to Kaiser Foundation Hospital- Ontario (KFHO) and arrived at 1730 hours to the emergency department. On Monday, 09/12/2022, the unidentified adult male, was pronounced deceased in the Intensive Care Unit.
