Residents may receive up to 6 sandbags per household, and businesses may receive up to 10 sandbags per business location while supplies last.

🚨🌪️ **Emergency Preparedness Starts with Being Informed!** 🔥🧯

A huge thank you to the **San Benito Police Department**, **Chief Mario Perea**, **Fire Marshal Jorge Mata**, and all residents who joined us for our Emergency Preparedness Training at Palmville!

During this informative event, residents learned valuable hurricane preparedness strategies, safety tips to protect their families and homes, and participated in a live fire extinguisher demonstration. These hands-on trainings help ensure our community is prepared before emergencies happen.

At SBHA, we believe that housing goes beyond providing a place to live—it means helping create safe, informed, and resilient communities. We appreciate everyone who took the time to attend, ask questions, and invest in their family's safety.

We recently found this adorable kitten at one of our properties and are hoping to help it find a loving forever home. At SBHA, housing is important to us—and that includes helping our furry friends find a safe place to belong too!

If you or someone you know may be interested in adopting this sweet kitten, please let us know. We reached out to the RGV Cameron County Humane Society; however, they are currently at capacity and are also in need of adoptions.
