Our OEM team is out in the field with SBA, visiting areas of unincorporated Bexar County to continue assessing storm damage. These damage assessments are an important step in determining whether damage thresholds are met for potential federal disaster assistance.
Our teams and partners remain actively in the field, assessing impacts and gathering information to support residents and help our communities move forward.
If you have experienced damage, please report it using the Texas Division of Emergency Management’s Individual State of Texas Assessment Tool (iSTAT): damage.tdem.texas.gov
Reporting your damages helps officials understand the severity of impacts and supports efforts to connect affected Texans with available services.
Please note that reporting damages through iSTAT is
*voluntary
*does not replace filing a claim with your insurance provider
*does not guarantee disaster relief assistance.
If you have insurance, contact your provider directly.
