So they are increasing mandatory work days because of staffing shortages. What do you expect when employees are treated like crap, paid like crap and officers are leaving..you are a number not and asset...sorry to say. Even when you leave you are retiree and a sap number. Remember that. Your name and rank mean nothing..stop being abused and find your worth.
