Every week, there are career fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities for our military community here in the City of San Antonio.

But before you hand someone your résumé, can you clearly articulate who you are, what you bring to the table, and how your experience translates into value?

That’s exactly why Centurion Military Alliance’s Annual Warrior Transition Workshop exists.

📅 Thursday, July 30, 2026
🕘 9:00 AM
📍 RBFCU – Live Oak, Texas

This workshop is open to:
🇺🇸 Active Duty
🎖 Veterans
💙 Military Spouses
🤝 Caregivers
👨‍👩‍👧 Dependents
🎓 Interns

Transition isn’t simply about employment—it’s about identity, confidence, communication, and purpose.

We’ll help participants identify their strengths, translate skills into language employers understand, strengthen their professional presence, and prepare to navigate today’s workforce with confidence.

Whether you’re separating from service, supporting someone who is, or just beginning your professional journey, investing one day in understanding yourself can change the trajectory of your career.

Don’t just attend the next career fair.

Show up prepared to tell your story with confidence.

We look forward to seeing you on July 30–registration link is below in the comments.

What an incredible two days at the 2026 Fort Bliss Annual Transition EXPO 🇺🇸

Centurion Military Alliance was honored, as always, to support our transitioning Service Members, Veterans, and military spouses as they prepare for what’s next beyond the uniform.

Through CMA’s “Competitive Advantage” workshops and multidisciplinary approach, we continue to focus on helping individuals strengthen their positionality through:
✔️ Educational attainment
✔️ Financial literacy
✔️ Vocational proficiency

Because transition is more than finding a job—it’s about building confidence, resilience, and long-term success.

One of the most rewarding moments was seeing Soldiers and their families walk into the hiring fair prepared, engaged, and ready to have meaningful conversations with employers because they invested in themselves beforehand.

That impact does not happen alone.

Thank you to the Fort Bliss TAP team, our sponsors, supporters, volunteers, employers, and community partners who continue to stand beside our military community and help create real pathways forward.

When we invest in people before the transition, we strengthen families, communities, and ultimately our nation.

Thank you Texas Instruments, CHRISTUS Health, Diamondback Energy, Sonepar, American Military University, Teach Us, Major Talent, Phoenix Truck Driving School, Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union, HDS Truck Driving Institute, CHIK FIL A, Texas Veterans Commission, and all other supporters and volunteers!
