Northeast Senior Assistance

•Medical Transportation:

Escorted transportation to and from your regular

medical, dental, and vision appointments. Driver remains

in waiting room until appointment is over. We will take

you to most physicians in the entire San Antonio area.

•Grocery Shopping Delivery:

You will have your own persona

l shopper. Shopper will

get your list, do the shopping, deliver groceries to you. A checking account is

required.

•Telephone Reassurance:

A volunteer will call you on a regular basis to offer

support and socialization.

•Handy Helper:

We will make minor repairs and maintenance such as

changing light bulbs and hanging pictures.

•Socialization at Special Events:

We'll pick you up and bring you to Fall Fest - our annual

event held in the fall where you'll meet others and win prizes while being

entertained and pampered.

•Information and Referral Services:

If we can't help you, we'll refer you to someone who can.
