Supporting a veteran through post-military transition, chronic stress, or invisible wounds can feel heavy, especially when you are worried about their safety and do not know where to turn. An important lessons we explore in our Veteran Spouse Resiliency Group (V-SRG) is that asking direct questions about su***de does not plant the idea in someone's head. It shows them that you see their pain and that they do not have to carry it in silence.

Our free, 6-week virtual V-SRG cohorts offer a confidential, peer-led space designed by veteran spouses/partners who understand the realities of military and post-service life. Together, we discuss communication, boundary setting, caregiver strain, and concrete crisis tools to support both your loved one and your own well-being.

Registration is now open for our three upcoming virtual cohorts starting this September:

- Wednesday Cohort: September 16 (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM CT)
- Thursday Cohort: September 17 (7:00 PM – 9:00 PM CT)
