Today's Solutions LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and SBA 8(a)-certified federal health information management and health IT firm headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. We hold active contract vehicles including GSA FSS 54151 HEAL (through April 2031), SeaPort NxG Prime, and 8(a) STARS III, and serve clients across the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

These positions will support our prime contract with Military Sealift Command (MSC) to perform New Hire Medical Evaluation Support Services — reviewing Civilian Mariner (CIVMAR) applicant medical records and generating Applicant Suitability Reports (ASRs) to determine fitness for sea duty aboard the U.S. Navy's civilian-crewed fleet.
