Congratulations on your retirement! ❤️ It is truly difficult to put into words how much you have meant to me, to FSH School Age Care, and to everyone fortunate enough to work alongside you.
You have been the heart and backbone of FSH School Age Care. The way you care for our children, families, and staff is nothing short of exceptional. Your commitment to providing outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming environment, and always putting children first has been evident in everything you do.
I was always in awe of how no child EVER seemed to make it past that front entrance without you detecting them! 😂 You had an incredible awareness of everything happening around you and were always watching, listening, and looking out for the safety of our children. That level of vigilance was just one of the many ways you showed how deeply you cared.
You were my right hand—the person I could always count on to keep me grounded, keep me on track, and, of course, keep me in line! 😂 You made sure I knew when my “loud conversations” needed to move behind a closed door, kept us financially responsible, and somehow always managed to make sure I didn’t get too far off track. You were the voice of reason when I needed it most.
Your dedication to our program and your genuine love for children have been so incredibly evident. From championing new programs and ideas to the countless things you quietly handled behind the scenes every single day, you have made a lasting difference. So much of what makes FSH School Age Care special has your fingerprints all over it.
I am going to miss your wisdom, your dependability, your sense of humor, and knowing that you were always there when I needed you. There is truly no replacing someone like you.
While we are going to miss you tremendously, I am so excited for you to begin this next chapter. You have spent so many years taking care of everyone else—now it is finally time to take care of YOU! Enjoy the slower mornings, the adventures, the laughter, the time with family, and absolutely NO budgets, staff meetings, or having to remind me to lower my voice! 😂
Thank you, Sandra, for your dedication, your friendship, your leadership, and for always giving so much of yourself to the children and families we serve. You have left an incredible legacy at FSH School Age Care, and you will always be a very special part of our FSH family.
