Greater San Antonio Chamber Since 1894, The Chamber works to ensure San Antonio remains a great place to live, work, and play. We do not receive any public funding.

The Chamber is a 501 (c) 6 organization that is fully supported by our memberships and revenue from our events and sponsorships. This is so we may provide balanced, non-partisan support for our members in advocacy, networking events, marketing support and workforce development.

Today on the 25th Anniversary of September 11, 2001 we remember the lives that were lost and honor the ones who were first to respond on that day.

We’re grateful for the remembrances over the past 25 years that have taken root in San Antonio, including the 9/11 Memorial at New Life Christian Center just east of JBSA-Lackland, San Antonio College’s 9/11 memorial marker in its central mall, Trinity University’s September 11th Memorial Garden on the campus’ southeast corner, and the Survivor Tree in the Healing Garden of Texas A&M University-San Antonio’s Patriots’ Casa.

We will never forget.

On the latest episode of Voices of the Chamber, Jonathan and Shannon Badger, founders of Badger CPA, talk about growing from a team of three to 65 employees. They share the lessons they’ve learned along the way and how they navigate challenges that many small business owners face.

For Jonathan and Shannon, joining the Greater Chamber was about finding a business community that aligned with their values, gave them a unified voice, and connected them with other business owners. Through the Small Business Council, they’re taking that involvement even further by using what they’ve learned along the way to support other small businesses in our community.

This past Wednesday, we had an amazing turnout at Membership 101, welcoming representatives from 19 businesses that are new members of the Greater Chamber! 🙌

Attendees had the opportunity to hear not only from our Membership Team, but also from VPs and Directors across the Greater Chamber, giving them a more in-depth look at what we offer and the many ways they can get involved.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Doing Business in San Antonio this past Tuesday! 🙌

It was an afternoon full of education, valuable conversations and connections designed to help our local business community grow.

Attendees gained insight into the San Antonio and Texas economies, heard about the growth happening across our region and learned more about what continues to make San Antonio a great place to do business.

During our breakout sessions, business owners also had the opportunity to connect directly with local organizations and government agencies to learn more about the procurement process and what it takes to do business with organizations across our city.

At the Greater San Antonio Chamber, we’re proud to create opportunities like DBSA that bring our business community together, provide valuable resources and help make connections that can lead to new opportunities.
