The Army ODR programs offers diverse, healthful, vigorous, and comprehensive outdoor recreation activities and instruction for active duty, family members, DoD civilians and other authorized patrons. Warrior Adventure Quest (WAQ) is a program that combines existing outdoor recreation programs, high adventure and high adrenaline based activities focused on team building, with a Leader-Lead After Action Debrief (L-LAAD), developed by the Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Center and School for the Army’s psychological resiliency building program, to assist Soldiers in reaching a “new normal” as they transition back from deployment to their home station environment.
