On Friday during our assembly, we celebrated our amazing Pre-K, Kinder, and 1st Grade Golden Horseshoe recipients! 🏆✨

We LOVE recognizing our C**ts for showing amazing character, kindness, and living by the Golden Rule—showing respect for themselves and others every day! 💛👏

A special THANK YOU to all of our families who joined us to support, celebrate, and cheer on their students! 🥰📣 Having you there makes these moments even more special!

📚Thank you to all the grandparents and loved ones who joined us this morning for our Grandparents & Grand Stories celebration! ❤️

There’s something magical about sharing a good book—especially with someone you love! ✨📖 We loved seeing our Walzem families reading, laughing, and making special memories together.

A huge thank you to our admin and staff who helped make this event possible and to Mrs. Marquez for opening up the library for this special celebration! 📚

We are also incredibly grateful to Las Palapas on Walzem and Starbucks on Thousand Oaks for their generous donations and support of our Walzem families. ☕️

🎉 Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at Walzem! 🎉

From September 15 to October 15, we join together to honor the rich histories, diverse cultures, and valuable contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans!

To bring extra fun and spirit to our campus, we are launching our Walzem Weekly Wednesday Dress-Up Days starting Wednesday, September 16! 🎒✨

Roosevelt PALS had an amazing first visit of the 2026–2027 school year, meeting their mentees at our Roosevelt Cluster school, Walzem Elementary!

💙Our Walzem Elementary Choir is off to a great start!💙🎤

Our choir students helped kick off the school year with a fantastic performance at the Roosevelt Cluster Back-to-School Convocation. We are so proud of the way they represented Walzem and shared their talents with our community!
