🌟REMINDER🌟

Band Field Trip tomorrow May 18th to Fiesta Texas. 🎢

TIME 10:30am-6:00pm
WHO: All CMS Band students
TRANSPORTATION: NISD Buses

🥤SNACK VOUCHERS🥤:
Our Band Booster will cover the Snack Voucher fee for each one of our students. So there is no fee for the snack vouchers.

🚨CHAPERONES🚨:
Student Groups will need to be in a group of 4-10 Band students with at least 1 chaperone.

🍟LUNCH🍟:
Students will receive a sack lunch from our cafeteria before we will from Connally. We encourage students to bring their own lunch/snacks to eat before we leave the campus. Or they can bring psyment to buy extra food/drink at the park.

💲THE PARK IS CASHLESS💲
**You may want to consider providing your child with a gift card to use for paying for extra items or set them up with the capability to do mobile payment.

This is a fun way to end the school year! Thank you to all the chaperones who are volunteering. 💛

**THE CAMPUS IS BACKPACK FREE ALL WEEK, HOWEVER BSND STUDENTS CAN BRING A SMALL BAG TO CARRY ITEMS TOMORROW FOR THE FIRLD TRIP.**

Thank you to everyone who came out to support and listen to the kids play. They sounded awesome!

Thank you for all the cookie donations and parents who did the set up, serving, and clean-up.

We are also so grateful to Mr. Gonzalez for his continued dedication to the program and the kids.

Everyone's efforts are appreciated. 🙂

🎶🎵❄️**WINTER CONCERT TONIGHT**🎶🎵❄️

Advanced/Intermediate Band Winter Concert
Date: December 16th, 2025 (Tuesday)
Location: Connally MS (Main Gym)
Time: 6:00pm-7:00pm

Advanced/Intermediate Band Student Call Time:
Call Time: 5:00pm
Location: Band Hall

Student Attire:
Students are allowed to wear festive attire or their CMS Band Shirt.
Example: Festive pajamas, christmas costumes or onesie, santa/reindeer hats, grinch outfit, etc...
Students are also allowed to decorate their instruments for the concert with lights or other festive decorations (as long as the decorations do not hinder their ability to play their instrument).

There is still time to make Cookie Donations:

We have a CMS Band tradition of having cookies at our Holiday concerts for refreshments. If you are interested in donating cookies, please send them with your child to school or you can drop them off in the front office. Thank you so much!!!
