Hi BOSS friends!! March and April will be full with fun, skills, and the most important: COMMUNITY SERVICE! 🤲. Find an activity that you like? DM us to find more details📧💬. We will be going to our San Antonio Botanical Garden this month, and we will also visit our Prairie View A&M Extension for an amazing outdoor cooking class! We’re all about being outdoors🍃🌱. And we didnt forget! To be in tune with who we are and our goals this year, we are conmemorating the year of the horse by having an awesome equestrain game night!! 🪄✨️ A magical shoutout to SFC Edwards for holding it down with a team of volunteers at the books and shelves in support of the Keith A. Campbell Memorial Library at Fort Sam Houston 📚
This enchanting event brought the wizarding world to life for the kiddos, and the Sorting Hat was ready to decide their Hogwarts destiny! 🧙‍♂️🧙‍♀️
⚡️ What house will the hat choose for you? Gryffindor for bravery, Ravenclaw for wisdom, Hufflepuff for loyalty, or Slytherin for ambition? The magic was in the air as young witches and wizards explored the library and embraced the wonder of reading! Thank you to all the volunteers who made this event truly spellbinding! 🌟

🌟 What an incredible day of teamwork and community impact! 🌟 A huge shoutout to the 24 amazing volunteers who came together to make a difference! 💪
Highlights from the day:
🎨SGT Pazzetti's team brought vibrant energy by painting poles
🛠SrA Villafuerte's team worked hard on monument renovations
🛻Two trash cleanup teams hit the trails on gators, picking up trash and exploring the area
And the best part? Our "Little Heros in Training". 💖 Watching them roll up their sleeves and pitch in was truly inspiring. They're already learning the value of service and community at such a young age!
The turnout was so amazing, we had TWO boat trips to celebrate! 🚤 This was truly one of the best opportunities to give back and make a difference. Let's keep the momentum going!

Our community cooking and health class hosted at the beautiful outdoor kitchen at ‘The Farm’. We cooked up the most delicious lentil tacos recipe and learned about nutritional labels! Learning life skills can be fun! And tasty too!

On Sat. Jan. 24th, JBSA BOSS and Oblate Clay put together a beginner's pottery class! Woop Woop! We were all able to make 2 pieces each and enjoy of some hot coffee in this cold weather. We all had fun and will definitely come back to oblate clay! Scroll to see our beautiful masterpieces!

Recap from our first USO Beautification event! Amazing people! We started the year great with our USO beautification. Very cold weather but we warmed up with our USO volunteer appreciation brunch and worked on dofferent projects! Shoutout to all our volunteers and don't forget to sign up to volunteer for VMIS credit! Let's get you that MOVSM!
