🚨 Scam Alert: Protect Yourself from Bank Phone Scams 🚨
Scammers are becoming increasingly sophisticated and may call, text, or email pretending to be from your bank. They often use fear and urgency, claiming there is suspicious activity on your account or that your money is at risk.
🔹 Your bank will never ask for your online banking password, PIN, or one-time security codes over the phone.
🔹 Be cautious if a caller pressures you to act immediately or transfer money to a "safe" account.
🔹 Caller ID can be spoofed, making it appear as though the call is coming from your bank.
🔹 If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact your bank directly using the phone number listed on the back of your debit or credit card.
💡 Remember: Slow down, verify the information, and never provide personal or financial information to an unsolicited caller.
If you believe you have been targeted by a scam or provided information to a scammer, contact your bank immediately and report the incident to law enforcement.
