This summer, our Centro Ambassadors learned from the American Heart Texas. With 90% of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests not surviving, immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival. Centro Ambassadors are equipped with this lifesaving skill to ensure a safer downtown San Antonio and care for the people who make it special.

Convent Street is looking a little greener. 🌳

As part of Centro’s Trees Everywhere initiative, eight new trees have been planted along Convent Street, adding more shade and long-term environmental benefits to the downtown corridor.

This project marks an exciting milestone as our first construction based tree planting effort completed ahead of schedule and expanded from six to eight trees thanks to strong partnerships and thoughtful planning.

With these latest plantings, Centro has now planted 43 trees this year as we continue working toward our goal of 100 trees planted in 2026.

More trees. More shade. A greener downtown San Antonio.
