Quijotes of San Antonio- Ambassadors of Health

Quijotes of San Antonio- Ambassadors of Health An annual medical service mission to areas in Oaxaca, Mexico, based in San Antonio, Texas.

The missionary team is comprised of physicians, dentists, nurses,
pharmacists, lab tecnicians,psychologists, ancillary staff, and health career
students, that join together in the mission to provide free medical
services to the underserved, impoverished communities of Oaxaca, Mexico and
the surrounding region. All members are volunteers and fund their own participation
every year.

Our organization has continued to build relationships with local Oaxaca groups such as the Club Rotario Quijotes Oaxaca. Last year, Club Rotario Oaxaca ( business persons) made the decision to unite with Quijotes of Oaxaca ( medical) to form a stronger organization that could work together to help the local community. There was an exchange of banners between the Oaxaca Quijotes Rotario and Rotary of San Antonio at the dinner we attended.
