East Concho VFD wishes everyone a Happy Independence Day. Be safe, remember we are under a burn ban which means it’s dry. Do fireworks with extreme caution, have a water source available.

East Concho VFD is proud of our Firefighter David Moon, he graduated with honors, with his RN.
He worked full time, went to school plus stayed active in his Church along with responding to emergency calls for the VFD. On top of being a husband, dad and grandfather. Job well done brother, congratulations and prayers for all your future endeavors.

Our prayers are with the family, Dee and Paula were instrumental in helping form East Concho VFD, they donated a truck that was fitted with a skid unit to become our first fast attack truck. Paula even learned how to fight grass fire by training with the department. Their dedication to our community will not be forgotten.
