These days, we all need a little support. When it comes down to deciding to buy groceries or work on your mental health, "you gotta eat".
Many of us are looking for low or no cost options for therapy. Does that even exist? Short answer, yes.
If you have been the victim of a crime, if you have been in a relationship where there was violence, if you are the member of a plural family or if you are on public assistance you may qualify for grants that will cover the cost of therapy.
