🗳️ What is a Logic & Accuracy Demonstration?

A Logic & Accuracy (L&A) Demonstration is a public test conducted before an election to make sure voting equipment is counting ballots accurately.

✅ Election officials prepare test ballots with known results
🗳️ The ballots are scanned using the same equipment used during the election
🔍 Officials verify every vote is counted and reported correctly

🗳️ Ever Wonder What Happens to Your Ballot After You Return It?

🚚 Once you return your ballot by mail or at a drop box, it is securely collected by election workers.

🏢 Your ballot is then taken to the Election Management Center, where the envelope is scanned and both the voter ID and unique ballot ID are checked against the election database.

✉️ After the information on the envelope is verified, the ballot is carefully removed from the envelope.

✅ Your ballot is then scanned to count your votes, and the results are sent to the election server to be officially tabulated and recorded.
