Tomorrow we will wish a fond farewell to Suzanne Parry. She worked with me both as Volunteer and as long term Seasonal Employee at
This Is The Place Heritage Park. More importantly our two middle children Emily and then the following year Adam both had her as their 1st grade Teacher. They both have fond memories of those early school days with Miss Parry at Dilworth Elementary School.

To her family and close friends and the 100’s of first graders whom she taught and influenced our sincere condolences and praise for this gifted
Educator and Friend as well as first rate Pioneer.

God Bless her memory and may her legacy for kindness and the Arts be forever cherished and shared is our hope as the Cliff & Bobbie Harris Family.

(Side note, our Son Adam has twins
currently in the First Grade)

While I pause this morning to offer THANKS I stumbled upon this story in my pondering. I am grateful for many things in this season where we express GRATITUDE.
The list begins with my family and is intertwined with my faith. I am humbled by the freedoms that I enjoy. I am keenly aware that they are precious and important. The right to worship in a free society is also a giant gift.
