CHG Healthcare team members created welcome kits for Littles starting the school year and their mentoring journey.

From friendship bracelets to bookmarks and fun surprises, each kit is a reminder that they are seen, valued, and supported.

When we launched Men to Mentor this summer, our goal was to recruit 90 men to help meet the growing need for mentors across Utah.

We surpassed it.

96 men took the first step toward becoming a Big Brother. Behind every application is the possibility of a new friendship, a new adventure, and a young person who gets to experience what it means to have a mentor in their life.

Thank you to everyone who applied, shared a post, invited a friend, told a coworker, or helped us spread the word. You helped us Lead the Adventure.

The campaign may be over, but the need for mentors continues.

Over the years, Justin and Aries have built the kind of friendship that shows what mentorship is really about: consistency, encouragement, and growing together.

Justin has encouraged Aries to step outside his comfort zone, try new things, and recognize what he’s capable of. From tackling a mud run together to navigating everyday life, each experience has helped Aries build confidence and learn what a supportive, dependable friendship looks like.

That steady friendship is one of the many reasons Justin and Aries were recognized as a BBBSU Match of the Year. 💚

Yesterday, we hosted our 3rd Annual Alumni Gathering.

It was incredible to see how far our former Littles have come, growing into their interests and pursuing careers.

Even more meaningful was watching former matches connect and seeing friendships that began through mentorship continue for a lifetime.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to all who continue to help us grow a community built on mentorship.
