🔥 Fired Up Friday 🔥

Twelve days into Men to Mentor: Lead the Adventure, and we're already seeing momentum build.

🏔️ 11 men have taken the first step and applied to become mentors.

That's 11 men who are considering showing up for a young person. Eleven potential adventures. Eleven opportunities to make a lasting difference.

Right now, more than 90 boys across Utah are still waiting for a positive male role model—someone to spend time with them, encourage them, and remind them they matter.

Mentorship doesn't require perfection. It starts with something much simpler: showing up.

Whether it's hiking a trail, casting a fishing line, cheering on your favorite team, or grabbing lunch after work, the moments that change a life are often the ones that seem ordinary at the time.

90 boys are waiting for a mentor.
Today, we're launching Men to Mentor: Lead the Adventure! 🏔️

Men to Mentor is our annual male recruitment campaign. This year, we are looking to recruit 90 men in 90 days to become mentors for boys across Utah.

The truth is, mentorship isn't about having all the answers. It's about just showing up.

Mentorship looks like hiking through the mountains. Casting fishing lines. Shooting hoops together at the park. Or even just grabbing a burger after school.

You don't have to change your life.
Just share it.

Every boy deserves someone in their corner—a positive male role model who can encourage them, support them, and help them discover what's possible.

This summer, we're asking Utah men to lead the adventure.

Be the mentor you needed when you were younger.

🎓🌸 Congratulations, Stephanie!
This spring, Stephanie is graduating from Kearns High School and preparing for an exciting next chapter at the University of Utah, where she will pursue her dream of becoming a nurse.

For the past three years, Stephanie has been matched with her mentor, OJ, and during that time she has accomplished so much. In addition to excelling in school, Stephanie launched her own floral business in 2023—the first student at Kearns High School to do so. Since then, she has created beautiful arrangements for dances, Quinceañeras, and other special occasions, while also inspiring and supporting other young women who have started businesses of their own.

Now, thanks to receiving a Fidelity Scholars scholarship, Stephanie will be able to focus fully on her education and work toward her nursing degree.
We're incredibly proud of all she has accomplished and can't wait to see the impact she'll make in the years ahead.

Meet another incredible graduating senior who chose to spend their high school years making a difference as a Big in our Site-Based mentoring program.

Through every moment of encouragement, David showed his Little what it means to have someone consistently in their corner. 💫

Mentorship is more than showing up — it’s building confidence, creating connection, and reminding a young person they matter. And sometimes, the impact goes far beyond what either person realizes in the moment.

We’re so proud of the leadership, compassion, and commitment these graduating Bigs have shown throughout their mentorship journeys. The future is brighter because of young leaders like them. 🌟
