🎓🌱 A goal achieved!

109 seniors from Baños del Inca, Cajamarca, successfully completed a five-month Self-Sufficiency Course, gaining the knowledge to grow their own food and create new opportunities for their households.

This achievement was made possible thanks to Eagle Condor Humanitarian and the District Municipality of Baños del Inca, working together for the well-being of the community. 🤝

*🌱 109 seniors successfully graduated from the Self-Sufficiency Course! 🎓*

After 5 months of learning, hard work, and dedication, 109 seniors successfully completed the Self-Sufficiency Course, gaining the knowledge and tools to improve their diets and grow their own food.

As part of this phase, we distributed seeds, which each participant can use to start growing their own crops and achieve a projected harvest of up to 3 metric tons of food per person. 🌱🥕🥬

This achievement is possible thanks to the commitment of Eagle Condor Humanitarian, in partnership with the District Municipality of Baños del Inca – Cajamarca, as part of an agreement that brings development opportunities and tools to our community. 🤝

Today, we added the final flourishes to our projects, bringing joy and completion to the playground, bathrooms, and a new turfed area designed to host a playground for numerous children, and were then touched by heartfelt closing remarks that reflected the community's profound appreciation and kindness towards us, followed by the privilege of gift-giving to the kids, witnessing their radiant smiles and hearing their sincere thanks, culminating in an unforgettable futbol game.
