The Office of the U.S. Trustee is a valued partner in our work to combat fraud in Utah, serving as the watchdog of the bankruptcy system, often detecting bankruptcy crimes and other financial fraud crimes brought to our office for prosecution.

Investigators from all over the Salt Lake Valley and country were in attendance where U.S. Attorney Holyoak spoke about consumer fraud and the federal government's response in Utah.

Hosted by the District of Arizona, the three‑day event in Glendale brought together more than 150 attendees from Utah, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico to train and collaborate on strategies to improve victim services, strengthen relationships between prosecutors, law enforcement, and communities, and discuss issues of concern to the Four Corners region.
