Salisbury Urban Ministries

Salisbury Urban Ministries SUM began in in 1992 after clergy and laity met to develop programs for the materially impoverished.

Our mission is to provide programs that serve and minister to the needs of materially impoverished people in our community. The support of community organizations and individuals enables SUM to offer several outreach programs including: Kid’s Cafe, Men’s Welcome Center, Lazarus Food Pantry, Prescription Assistance Program, and God’s Kitchen.
