We are looking for experienced or non-experienced people to construct electric substations. This job requires travel, and a typical week, you would leave Monday morning and return Thursday night. This is a skilled labor position. You will work around medium and high voltage, work in manlifts and bucket trucks at heights up to 75', operate track steer loaders and excavators, operate digger-derricks, assist with setting large electrical equipment into position, and construct steel structures. Prefer to hire someone with experience but will train those without experience. Must be able to lift 80 lbs routinely. Must have a valid driver's license and prefer a Class A or B CDL. Pay is based on level of experience and wages are competative with others in the heavy electrical construction industry. Crews would meet near Paxico, KS or Fredonia, KS but we would consider other employment meeting locations if we can get a crew of 4 people to travel together. We are interested in developing a crew location near Dodge City, KS. Message me if interested.
