The Volunteer Connection Youth Volunteers of Saline County We are a non-profit agency that works to match volunteers with the needs in the community. YVC/The Volunteer Connection also has a youth advisory council.

You must be a registered youth volunteer or parent of a youth volunteer though The Volunteer Connection to be a member of this group. Our youth volunteers are involved with various community agencies and participate in a wide variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Youth volunteers have the opportunity to earn The President's Volunteer Service Award which is presented to youth annu

ally during school award/recognition events. The mission of this council is "To address and serve the community's needs by empowering youth to better themselves and their community through volunteer service.

📈 Fundraising Update: Our thermometer has officially reached $375,000, and we’re closer than ever to the finish line!

As we head into the final stretch, we want to encourage those donations to be made before the end of February. Reaching our funding goal by then allows us to sign agreements with our contractors on time, keeping us on track to have the building completed by next season.
