The 11th hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th month. 102 years ago today, the War to End All Wars drew to a close. A year later the first Armistice Day remembrance was held at Buckingham Palace in London. The day to reflect upon, remember, and celebrate the end of the Great War would give rise to Veterans Day here in the United States. Today we celebrate it as a day to remember all who have put on the uniform for their country.
