Such a fun time tonight at the Chicken Wire Suncatcher class at the Creative Arts Center with Nicole Curtis! There were thirteen ladies in the class and each took home their own uniquely made suncatcher! Thanks to all who participated!

Art in the Parking Lot will be bigger and better then ever this year! We are moving it to downtown Salem!
We will be set up from the Local all the way to Flying W store. Local music and performances will be performing once again! And all the businesses will be open!
The first link will let you RSVP for the event.
The second link is for vendors and Artists as well as volunteers to sign up! All Volunteers will recieve a free t-shirt and vendors may purchase one.
Vendors need to be art related as much as possible.( Artists, musicians, theatre, writers) We need you all!
And we want to get the kiddos involved with free kids activities and lots of demonstrations. Those who offer demos and kids activities get discounted spots.
We are ecspecially looking for artists who can do big demonstrations such as chain saw carving and black smithing! Or??
Feel like you may fit the bill but not sure? Message us! Lets fill the street!
We are also accepting donations of small items for raffles and silent auction for this day. We can accept a few concession trailers that offer other options other than our downtown restaurants as well. Message us if interested so we can make sure we have room!

We were happy to support the highschool student Art show and pick a student to recieve a $25 scholarship for our choice award. Great Job on this colored pencil peice Emily Ritter !
