Incredibly grateful for the support of the Salem City Council in helping honor and celebrate the memory of coach Earle Bruce, a true Quaker legend who got his start in Salem and went on to become a College Football Hall of Fame coach. A proud moment for our community to recognize such an impactful legacy!

In Thursday's Salem News:
SALEM – City council will consider a proposal to give an honorary designation to a section of East Pershing Street.
The public services committee voted unanimously Tuesday to forward a proposal to give the section of East Pershing Street in front of Sebo Stadium between Lincoln and Ohio avenues the honorary designation “Earl Bruce Way” in memory of the eponymous hall of fame coach to the city council for review in an upcoming meeting.

Congratulations to the Salem High School Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2025! The newest members were inducted last night at the 20th annual induction dinner and ceremony at the high school. They will also be recognized at halftime of the Quakers season opening home football game tonight against Poland. Love Those Quakers!
