Our students had so much fun in the Chess Club this year! We had nearly 40 participants who spent the year learning, practicing, and growing their skills. They wrapped up the year with an exciting chess tournament and showed just how much they had improved. We are proud of their hard work, strategic thinking, and great sportsmanship. Great job, Falcons!

Our school focus for May was Respectful, and our Falcons showed respect in so many meaningful ways throughout the month!

Kindergarteners were respectful in the lunchroom by disposing of their garbage after eating.

First graders showed respect by listening and following directions during specialties.

Second graders demonstrated respect by walking appropriately through the halls.

Third graders were respectful by using kind words.

Fourth graders showed respect to their classmates during the hoedown.

Fifth graders showed respect during the Career Fair by listening attentively to our volunteers.

Congratulations to our Falcons of the Month for being outstanding examples of what it means to be respectful! We are proud of these Falcons for helping make Foothills a place where everyone feels valued and respected.
