The mission of the Lower Alloways Creek School District is to work with students, parents, educators, and the community to ensure each student achieves success in all aspects of their education including academic, social, emotional, and physical. The Lower Alloways Creek School District believes that each individual child is unique and needs support, care, and understanding at home, at school, and within their community so that they may grow and mature academically, emotionally, physically, and socially. We understand the importance of the small-rural community that is rich in its culture and traditions and we hope to instill the value of being an active part of that community. Our goal is to motivate students in ascertaining their inner strengths and abilities while discovering what truly inspires them. We feel that the method of facilitating rather than dictating to be highly beneficial and allows for all students to be involved in their education. We know how vital education is in the preparation for young people to achieve success in all endeavors set before them and that requires the children, parents, educators, and the community to work together in order to prepare the children for the next phase of their academic career.
