This fun 1-day event is open to any high school-aged teen living in the Mid Willamette Valley (aka Marion, Polk, and Linn Counties). REGISTRATION:
No registration fee. It's FREE.

Every year and no matter the event theme, our workshops focus on Leadership Development, Personal Growth, Colleg

e & Career Readiness, Life Readiness, and Health & Wellbeing. Offering a Resource & Opportunities Fair this year too! Introducing this year's ILEAD Youth Leadership Summit - Youth Committee (YC).

From theme and focus--to--workshop content, logistics, and promotion, the YC directs and drives it all. Their work begins in October and ends at the debrief meeting held after the event.

We thank them for their service and leadership for the 2025-2026 year!
