Customers in that area experiencing a service outage or low pressure should boil water at a rolling boil for at least FIVE minutes before using. The BOIL ORDER will remain in effect until laboratory sampling confirms that water quality has been fully restored. At that time, notice will be sent out via the City's page & Website salemil.us and also WJBD Radio. Water will be off on Radio Tower Rd. Thursday, June 4 due to a water leak repair. All houses north of Rt. 50 may be affected. A boil order may be issued upon completion of the repair.
