We would like to congratulate Officer Banar and Detective Talbert on their recent retirement. The city is losing over 50 years of law enforcement experience between the two of them. Dave and Dave had the ability to listen, comfort, and perform the duties of a police officer that earned the respect of fellow officers and, more importantly, the community they served. We thank you for your dedication to our great city and wish you both the best as you enjoy retirement.
