Dear Families,

As we work to keep our dismissal process smooth and secure, we wanted to remind caregivers of the end-of-day pick-up routine. Please review the updated guidelines below to help us ensure every child gets home safely.

Student Pick UP: Cafeteria Pick-Up Required

- Please come inside to the cafeteria to collect your child(ren) rather than waiting in the hallway.

Hallway congestion currently makes it difficult for teachers to monitor students. Moving pick-up to the cafeteria allows bus riders to clear the exit doors smoothly and gives staff a direct view to match caregivers with students safely.

- Parking Lot & Traffic Flow
We have serious safety concerns regarding cars cutting across the lot in front of the north exit doorway, creating a hazard for students walking to the bike racks and crossing to vehicles. Please follow these explicit exit routes:

Parked on the East Side of the Gym (playground side): Exit toward Church St. ONLY.

Parked Behind the Church: Exit via St. Rose Road ONLY.

Do NOT drive through the lot from one end to the other across the north exit doorway.

Inform All Authorized Pick-Ups
Please pass these instructions along to anyone else who may pick up your child, including grandparents, babysitters, or family friends.
