We all felt the energy in the packed room for the Blue Wave Rally in Palm Harbor this weekend! Wendy Hoy hosted this galvanizing event featuring local candidates like Leela Gray and Curtis Campogni for Pinellas County School Board, District 3, along with clubs and caucuses of Pinellas Democratic Party. Thank you to everyone who came out to learn what they can do in the countdown to November!

Last weekend we had the great pleasure to attend the opening of tropicalhomegallery, and it was an amazing experience. Owner and artist Francesca Escoto, whom we met at our Hispanic Heritage Month Artists panel last year, took us on a global exploration of Latino culture while introducing this new space as an artistic, civic and philanthropic community hub. Thank you so much for including us in this incredible new endeavor!

Thank you to DHCF Pinellas board member Dima Grio for organizing donations for victims of the devastating earthquake that struck Colombia earlier this month. The region continues to recover, with thousands still living in temporary shelters and relief efforts ongoing.
