💛 Patricia's Story 💛

For the past two years, Patricia has been part of the Florida Dream Center family. Each month, the food box she receives helps put meals on her table and eases the burden of stretching a tight budget.

One of her favorite parts of visiting FLDC is picking up the fresh fruits and vegetables that are often available. Those fresh items help her prepare nutritious meals and bring a little extra joy to her kitchen.

Patricia says she is truly honored and grateful for the support she receives each month. It's a reminder that even the simplest acts of kindness—like sharing a meal—can make a lasting impact.

At the Florida Dream Center, we're thankful to walk alongside neighbors like Patricia, helping ensure no one has to face food insecurity alone. 💛

Join Pinellas County Parks & Conservation Resources for the Parks for Pollinators BioBlitz at Raymond H. Neri Park!

This FREE citizen science event gives you the chance to help document local wildlife and biodiversity while learning more about the important pollinators in our community. Using the iNaturalist app, participants will photograph plants and insects and help contribute to a scientific inventory of pollinator species throughout Pinellas County. 📸🌸🐝

💙🥫 Over 40 bags of generosity! 🥫💙

A huge THANK YOU to The Cleaning Authority - St. Petersburg for hosting a food drive to benefit VOA–Florida Dream Center! Their clients came together and donated over 40 bags of pantry items to help stock our food bank. 🙌

We are incredibly grateful for their generosity and for everyone who took the time to give. Every bag, every can, and every donation helps us continue serving our neighbors throughout the community. 💛

💛 Every Saturday, We fill a van with food and heads out to serve our neighbors in the community. 🚐🥫
For many of these families and individuals who are struggling to make ends meet, seeing the van pull up means more than just a meal—it means hope, kindness, and the reassurance that someone cares. 💙
