Not every day you get a letter from the Mayor.

We were honored to receive a note from Tampa Mayor Jane Castor recognizing Socially Funded and our recent award from the South Tampa Chamber.

What started as an idea has grown because of an incredible team, great nonprofit partners, and a community that continues to believe in what we’re building.

Thank you, Mayor Castor, for taking the time to recognize this milestone. This one is going on the wall.

Socially Funded is honored to win the South Tampa Chamber Community Impact Award!

First, I’d to thank my awesome team! We’ve helped support over 200 community fundraisers so far 2026, and couldn’t do it without such a strong, reliable staff.

I also want to thank Kelly Flannery, and her team at the South Tampa Chamber. STCOC is where it all began, 11 years ago. Without the chamber’s members, Socially Funded would not be impacting the Tampa community the way it is today.

Thank you to everyone, and congratulations to all of the finalists and winners! We are all on the same team, making our contributions and helping make the Tampa community great.

It’s an honor, and I look forward to helping for years to come!
