Another summer is coming. And we have a few areas that surround our neighborhood as well as other people and St Peters at the government has taken over our common ground/basin areas. The last picture with green grass we had for about 28 years. It worked completely fine it was designed perfectly. During heavy rain and filled up 3 to 5 feet and drained in about 40 minutes. We used to play with a ball back there hide and seek with the kids all the other pictures are what we have now. Dan Dan our subdivision president handed it over to the city of Saint peters to help maintain it. Our subdivision needs help and this problem needs to be corrected. In these basins there should not be any standing water. Nor tall weeds. He’s weeds get up to 6 feet tall last year. In the standing water become so smelly we pray for rain . Any suggestions I am for them but let me remind you I have been fighting two years prior to the city taking over and then five years directly with the city. I’ve seen and heard everything. But this needs to be fixed. Help
