✨ Wednesday Win ✨

Last Friday, during our Professional Development Day, our ABS teachers and BCBAs had the opportunity to tour BCI and learn more about their adult programming, employment services, and community opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Experiences like this are incredibly valuable as we continue working to better prepare the students and families we serve for successful transitions into adulthood and greater independence. Seeing firsthand the supports and opportunities available in our community helps our team better understand how to guide and support students as they grow.

We are so thankful to BCI for welcoming our team, sharing their mission, and allowing us the opportunity to learn from their incredible programs and services. We truly value partnerships like these and look forward to continued collaboration!

We loved welcoming this energetic team from Applied Behavior Services, LLC (ABS) for a tour last week! This was the group’s first time experiencing BCI, and it was especially rewarding to introduce them to our continuum of employment programs and services.

ABS provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) services and support for individuals with disabilities across St. Louis and St. Charles counties.

Building stronger connections and learning from one another is a win for everyone! Big thanks to ABS for spending part of the day with us.

Congratulations to our Clinic & Community May Employee of the Month: Fadjah Desforges

Fadjah is an RBT in our Early Intervention Cinic. She has been with us for about 6 months and has been nothing short of fantastic. Fadjah is such a kind person and overall a great team player. I feel like she is our silent partner. She doesn’t ever have anything to complain about she just comes in, does everything asked of her, puts the children first, and stays drama free. She is reliable, consistent, and has strong integrity. She is very good at getting her notes in on time as well. Her implementing is accurate and the relationships she has built with the children and families in clinic are priceless. The list of contributions is a mile long! Thank you for finding ABS and choosing us. We are very lucky to have you!
