SB1002 has passed. After it failed. 🤦‍♀️ I'm so disappointed in the representatives who supported this targeted legislation and showed such little regard for or understanding of the impact it will have on our country districts.

The attacks on our schools are exhausting. I pray that voters continue to show up at the polls and get even more active in contacting their representatives. I've never seen attacks on public education - schools, teachers, learning - like I have the last few years. It is heartbreaking.

As Missouri slashes public school funding again this year, our expenses rise, and our revenue falls, we are forced into difficult decisions that ultimately affect our kids and our community as a whole. 💔
