St. Paul Employees Association - SPEA SPEA exists to cultivate friendly relationships and promote social, recreational, athletic/wellness and morale welfare activities for members.

Our mission is to cultivate employee connections and engage with the community. SPEA Objectives:

1.To support employee development and improve morale of St. Paul Regional Office RO employees

2.To plan, organize, sponsor, and conduct recreational, cultural, educational and athletic activities for the benefit of VBA employees and to encourage their participation

3.To engage charitable and public relations programs to improve the general public’s image of the government employee.

Each year, in recognition of Memorial Day, Fort Snelling National Cemetery hosts a ceremony to honor our fallen heroes. During the ceremony on Monday, May 27, 2019, attendees are able to put forward a wreath for dedication. We would like to present a wreath on behalf of the employees of the St. Paul RO.

Employees on their own or in teams may voluntarily participate by purchasing or creating a wreath for an opportunity to have their wreath dedicated on behalf of the RO. Beyond the wreath to be dedicated, the Fort Snelling Cemetery Deputy Director John Knapp has offered to display all wreaths from the RO alongside the cemetery’s monuments.

SPEA would like to participate in this effort to honor our fallen Veterans. Please comment on our selection, below.

It's that time of the year again folks.....for the St Paul Employee's Association shirt and jacket sale! Soon it will be that time to start putting in orders to help stave off our chilly Minnesota weather!
