DSPs play an essential role in supporting people with disabilities to make their own choices, pursue their goals, and live the lives they choose. DSP Recognition Week is an opportunity to celebrate their contributions, recognize the difference they make, and show our appreciation for all they do!

David had a goal, and he stayed committed to making it happen.

Throughout his journey to employment, David continued building his skills, gaining confidence, and taking steps toward finding a job that was right for him. When challenges arose along the way, David stayed focused on his goal and kept moving forward.

His persistence paid off. Today, David is proudly working in his new job and celebrating a goal he worked hard to achieve.
