At PICS, much of our work is behind the scenes. Our Employee Spotlight helps you learn more about our team. This month, we’re excited to feature Ashley! Ashley began her career at LSS in 2015 as an administrative specialist. She joined PICS in 2016 and has held a variety of roles, including office coordinator, service coordinator and senior service coordinator. She currently serves as a program manager for the CDCS and CFSS Enrollment Team.

Community First Services and Supports, or CFSS, gives individuals more choice and flexibility in how they receive support at home and in the community.

Through CFSS Budget Model, individuals and families can choose their caregivers, manage an approved budget, and purchase eligible goods and services that support their assessed needs.

At PICS, we're here to support people through each step of the process, including caregiver hiring and payroll processing, budget support, expense reimbursements, and financial reporting. That way, individuals and families can focus on what matters most: caring for their loved one and living life the way they choose.
